REFUND POLICY

To return a purchase, the following conditions must be met:
- Be returned within 7 calendar days of your delivery date
- Be in the same condition as purchased
- Be returned with all original packaging
- Preorders and custom orders are not available for return
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Jisu LLC reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy. Items sent back to us that do not comply will not be accepted and may be returned to the original shipping address.

Please note, given the nature of the products and processing fees, all items are subject to up to a 15% restocking fee. Additional usage or damage fees may apply. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving your return. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund. Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.
